Ingredients: |
Chang’s Cole Slaw Dressing |
1 tablespoon sugar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoon sesame or extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 piece minced garlic |
1/2 scallion (if no onion in cole slaw) |
Green olives with pimentos – finely chopped |

Directions: |
Slice one head of cabbage very finely and soak in room temperature water for about one hour with sea salt of kosher salt. |
Squeeze out all water with cheese cloth and DO NOT rinse. |
Combine with finely chopped onions and/or finely shredded carrots. |
Use Hidden Valley Cole Slaw Dressing or Chang’s (see below)
